Tony Roberts has joined top regional law firm Holmes Attorneys as Head of Corporate from Herbert Smith Freehills. Holmes Attorneys , which has offices in Birmingham, London and India, offers a full range of corporate and other legal services.
Tony has considerable corporate experience, which includes merger and acquisition transactions and commercial contracts, through working in the London and Moscow offices of Herbert Smith Freehills and which he now brings to Holmes Attorneys .
